Founded in 2012 in Vienna as a general planning company, our scope has steadily expanded over the years. Nowadays, we consider ourselves an incubator for new, innovative ideas, with a focus on sustainable planning. We believe in building for the future. We use the latest methods and tools – building information modelling (BIM) and LEAN Management – to work at the cutting edge and set new standards for planning and design. With these groundbreaking techniques, we can confidently implement technically and architecturally complex or time-critical intricate construction schemes, while staying true to the original design vision. With this approach, we are pioneers for the complete building cycle. We will work hand in hand with you from planning to completion.

Markus Strobl
Managing Director Austria
His professional career began as a construction technician in building construction. Markus Strobl later held various management positions in the operational area of the PORR Group. As head of building construction tender management, he introduced the BIM approach at pde. Markus Strobl has been Managing Director of pde Austria since 2016.
Clemens Neubauer
Managing Director Austria
Clemens Neubauer has been with the PORR Group since 2012 and has been with pde from the very beginning. He built up the BIM Excellence department within the Group and established it as an innovative specialist. In 2024, he was also given overall management of the BIM, LEAN and sustainability departments under the name “pde Solutions”.
Christian Hochleitner
Commercial Managing Director Austria
After seven and a half years at Siemens, Christian Hochleitner worked at Vamed for fifteen and a half years. Starting as a project manager, he spent the last few years as managing director responsible for setting up a company that provided services in the areas of project management and project control, local construction supervision and planning. He joined pde in March 2024.
Daniel Weisiele
Managing Director Germany
He began his professional career as a project manager, senior site manager and project/program manager in civil engineering. He then held various line functions in project management and project development for various consulting companies in the field of real estate projects and renewable energy projects. Daniel Weisiele has also held various management positions at national and international project development companies.
Fabian Kirchner
Managing Director Germany
After studying architecture in Leipzig and Basel, he worked at gmp Architekten von Gerkan, Marg und Partner for five years. As a senior architect and project manager, Fabian Kirchner was responsible for national and international projects, primarily in stadium and sports facility construction. In 2015, he joined the PORR Group, where he took over the management of the pde Architecture/Design department in 2017. Fabian Kirchner has been part of the management team at pde Germany since August 2024.
