Focus on fire protection: New Samson site in Offenbach
A new site for the Samson Group is currently being built on a 14.5-hectare plot in Offenbach am Main. Several production and logistics buildings, a mobility center and a modern company building with a forum for events are being built for the manufacturer of automation systems on a gross floor area of over 143,000 m². The highlight of the project is a digitally controlled high-bay warehouse around 45 meters high.

We were commissioned by our long-standing planning partner, DIA 179 from Berlin, for service phases 1-4. As part of the approval process, our experts from our #fire protection department have already prepared the fire protection certificate and are currently supporting the implementation planning. Work has already begun and the first buildings are scheduled to go into operation in mid-2025.
