Groundbreaking ceremony for green living
Together with the PORR Group and the client Invester United Benefits GmbH, we are realizing the sustainable construction site of the residential building project at Donaustadtstraße 37 in Vienna's 22nd district. The goal: to meet the highest standards of ecological and social sustainability.
Following our pioneering “Village im Dritten” project, our experts in the sustainability department will actively shape all construction site processes from the outset. This ensures that climate resilience is taken into account in all processes - a major advantage for the quality and efficiency of the following main sustainability criteria.

- Construction site organization: Efficient logistics and construction site planning with a focus on environmental protection.
- Resource conservation: Reduction of the waste quota, creation of a CO2 balance sheet for the construction site process in order to identify potential savings.
- Health and social issues: Promotion of workplace quality and health offers for employees.
- Communication: Transparent exchange with the local public, supported by a webcam that will soon be installed.
- Construction quality: use of low-emission building materials, carrying out quality assurance measurements.
The positive mood was already palpable at the groundbreaking ceremony for the 248 rental apartments and 6 commercial units on an area of 5,200 m²; completion is planned for the end of 2026.
