Renovation and modernization of the Haus der Gesundheit
Built in 1913, the “Haus der Gesundheit” in Berlin Mitte is an architectural gem with an impressive history. We are now helping this building to shine again by being part of the project team that is carrying out the core renovation and modernization of this listed building with a usable area of around 8,000 m².
Our tasks included the TGA planning, the planning during construction, the client consultation and the final commissioning of the entire building. The process of complete handover to the owners has now begun. This will be fully completed by late fall 2024. Modernized rental units are already available - equipped with our innovative solutions in the areas of climate, lighting, security and more.
Originally used by doctors as a healthcare building, the Haus der Gesundheit will provide tenants with high-quality commercial and office space once the core refurbishment has been completed. The handover to the owners will be completed in late autumn 2024, making the project a perfect example of innovative planning for the reuse and modernization of listed buildings.
