Sustainable cooperation in Berlin
As a partner for your sustainability projects, we ensure that they meet the highest standards. This is also the case with the DOXS and Funkytown projects - in close cooperation with our client Trockland.
The aim in each case is to achieve DGNB Platinum certification. Our pde experts also ensure that all aspects of the EU taxonomy are adhered to.

DOXS
A creative quarter in the trendy district of Berlin-Neukölln. Here, industrial culture meets modern technologies and creates space for office lofts, gastronomy, education, culture and more. The skyline of the quarter, which has a gross floor area of around 30,000 m², is characterized by two imposing historic gantry cranes.
Funkytown
A creative campus with a gross floor area of approx. 49,000 m² in the immediate vicinity of Funkhaus Berlin and the Spree. The legendary GDR youth radio station DT64, among others, had its editorial offices in the existing BLOCK-E building. Eight new buildings (STATIONS) will provide accommodation, restaurants, events, culture, education and studios in the future.
