The design team of pde

York-Quartier/Baufeld C10: pde design takes shape

The shell of the joint project York-Quartier/Baufeld C10 by pde Integrale Planung GmbH and PORR Oevermann GmbH was completed on schedule at the end of July. The design of our Design department convinced 2020 in a three-stage total contractor competition.

The completion of the facility is planned for spring 2023. A total of 116 residential units with approximately 8,690 m² of living space will be realized in 4 buildings.
