BREEAM certification for our headquarters
Our experts from the Sustainability department successfully completed the BREEAM certification of our headquarters - the PORR Tower in Vienna Favoriten. The result: a “Very Good” rating according to the BREEAM Existing Buildings Part 1 system, and proof of the sustainable quality of the building.
The certification evaluates important areas such as health and well-being, energy, transportation, water, materials used, resilience, soil and ecology as well as emissions.
We are particularly proud of the outstanding results in the area of health and well-being. Our employees benefit from excellent daylight and views at the workplace, protection against glare from sunlight, control options for lighting, temperature and ventilation as well as indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.
This certification underlines our commitment to sustainable and future-proof construction and motivates us to continue setting high standards in terms of the environment and well-being.
